Intellectual Capital: A New Predictive Indicator for Project Management Improvement

Effective project management has contributed to successful operations and process management. The goal of this article is look at the link between a project’s success (PS) amount intellectual capital (IC) an organization has. Instead being reactive measuring cost, timeliness, quality (customer requirements), more predictive indicator needed. Nearly 300 people who work in field digital (information communication) technology took part survey research. contains 88 questions. Several statistical techniques are utilized for data analysis. Based on comprehensive surveys, findings show strong possibility IC be adapted as predictor investment projects, especially upgrade improvement. plays key role assuring effective (and successful) study highlights impacts industrial organizational operations.
